How to search
An exact match search will be performed unless you include wildcard characters. The wildcards * and % will match any number of characters. The wildcards ? and _ will match exactly one character. Punctuation and spacing is included. A search on purpur* will return results containing purpura and purpuratus. A search on purpura will only return purpura. A search on Abbott, R. T. will return results, as will a search on Abbott* but a search on Abbott R.T.* will not. If you place a wildcard anywhere in a field, that field will be searched with a wildcard search (sql like). If you do not place a wildcard in a field, that field will be searched for an exact match (sql =). Searches are not case sensitive. Criteria placed in separate fields will be linked as an "and" search.
