Maximum Reported Size: 7.3 mm
Distribution: Panama, Puerto Rico
References: Dall & Simpson (1901) NE; K. & D. Monsecour (2006) SWM
Comments: Records from Brazil and the Gulf of Mexico need confirmation. Rios (1985, 1994) reproduced Radwin's (1978) figure, which is a specimen from Texas reidentified as Cosmioconcha rikae by K. & D. Monsecour. Rios (1975) illustrated a different species which was identified by Jong & Coomans (1988) as C. humfreyi.
