Comments: Rios (1994) dropped the Brazilian record of this species from Rio Grande do Sul (by Rios 1985), without explanation; presumably it was either erroneous or adventitious. Zelaya (2005a) doubted the records from South Georgia by Carcelles & Williamson (1951) and Carcelles (1953a).
