Distribution: Bahamas: Cat Island

Comments: The type locality is stated as Cat Cay, but the distribution is given as Cat Island, which is the locality stated for paratype 2. These are two separate localities in the Bahamas, the former being in the Berry Islands. The distribution of the localities is treated as included both places pending clarification.
